API Integration for Events and Ticketing system

Integration between Vivenu ticketing system and RecreateX ticketing platform .
One Pass memberships are managed in a system called Vivenu (www.vivenu.com). Museum tickets are managed in RecreateX (https://www.gantner.com/product/ticketing-software-recreatex/)
Basically we require that One Pass holders are able to redeem tickets to Museums ahead of time and receive their tickets in their Vivenu /User portal. As there will be peak load during the world cup, we need to be able to check availability and time slots ahead of time and book those before going to the venue.

High level overview :
Qatar Creates Web Portal
Customer visits the QC web portal and purchases One Pass paid memberships based on the tier which he/she intends to (membership tier details not yet to be provided)
Customer logs in to their account
Customer decides to redeem the museum general admission tickets from Qatar Creates Portal (Vivenu backend)
Qatar Creates portal shows the associated Museums and on selection, the respective General Admission ticket is selected against the timeslot he/she plans to visit.
The customer enters the relevant details and completes the checkout procedures.
For the first-time purchase, the ticket will be free of cost. And if the customer is purchasing the ticket after redemption of the free ticket, the relevant ticket charges will be shown to the customer.
Upon successful checkout, the QC web portal to send an email with the e-Ticket
The customer can use that e-Ticket on the selected museum for selected date and time of visit.
Backend Activities on QM, QC
In RCX, QM will be creating a new dedicated WebShop for Qatar Creates and another Division named Qatar Creates for General Admission ticket associated with One Pass for identified individual museums
The backend ticketing system of Qatar Creates i.e. Vivenu.com will, in turn, update the customer details as and when the redemption is performed, which then will be shared via. API for other platforms.
