fix issue with IIS

Hi,
I have an application based on core 3.1, in the application, there is a part where the application will get the usernames from active directory and save it to a local DB ( Microsoft DQL DB ).
- When I lunch the application from Visual Studio as IIS Express it works, ie the job execution works and it's able to get the users and save it to the local DB.
BUT , when i use the " lunch as IIS ", it does not execute the job.
I need help in this part only , please text me if you have experience in this and you know how to fix it
