Web Socket Expert Required to Connect ASP.Net MVC and Reactjs

I am in need of a Web Socket Expert to help me connect my ASP.Net MVC and Reactjs applications. The purpose of the web socket connection is to provide real-time updates for dynamic data display. Other features will be also required at font-end part where APIs will be called from React.js based on displayed data. I do not have an existing codebase to work with, so we will be starting from scratch. Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
