Starter Site for Microsoft 365 Integration Proof-of-Concept

We would like a simple ASP.NET 4.7 MVC site that will simulate the workflow for integrating with Microsoft 365. For this project the site will not actually connect to Microsoft 365. Instead it will just have a few pages to simulate login, authentication and sending an email. It will interact with a database but will only simulate connections to Microsoft 365. This is a proof-of-concept site so the UI is not as important as the functionality. A simple Azure SQL Server database has been created for this project and wireframes for the required pages have also been created. If the project is accepted, we will provide access to the source-code, database, and additional details. This project is only simulating the authentication process and sending of email; It won’t perform those functions.
