Payroll Software -- 2
Budget: ₹37,500 – ₹75,000 INR
I am looking to develop Payroll software for our office. I tried Developing it in ASP.net. I am listing my requirements here:
1. Source code must be provided and it should be possible for to add new functionality in future.
2. Policy changes every year, so salary components percentages changes.
3. When employee gets promotion his level of pay and basic pay changes, Other Salary components depend on Basic and level.
4. When Employee get transferred to other office, his HRA and TA changes depending on city level.
5. Physically challenged employee gets double TA.
6. Employee either get GPF/NPS both are pension scheme. I GPF employee can change his contribution.
7. There are many types of loans. It’s better to have loan object with current instalment, loan amount pending and other loan related info.
8. Reports like cumulative etc
9. If employee get promoted in between month he/she get portion of salary from old scale and other portion from new scheme. Same logic if employee join in middle of month he get salary depending on number of days he attended.
10. Login module required.
11. Local database with standalone installation also work fine.
12. And more importantly I don’t want to complete this software in urgency. I need complete workable solution.
13. Use of latest technologies will be added advantage
