Multi-Client .NET MVC School ERP

I need a cloud-ready School ERP written in ASP.NET MVC (C#) that can host several schools under the same deployment while keeping data strictly isolated per client.

Core scope
• Modular design: Attendance Management, Fee Management, Examination Management with printable Marksheet, Library Management and real-time Bus Tracking must ship in the first release.
• Role-based access: Students, Teachers, Admins and Parents each see their own dashboards, reports and notifications.
• Secure login: the platform must enforce Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) out of the box.
• Multi-tenant control panel: I should be able to onboard a new school in minutes, assign a custom sub-domain/logo/theme and manage licence limits without touching code.
• Clean UI built on Bootstrap (or similar) and responsive for mobile.

Deliverables
1. Source code and SQL scripts (MS SQL preferred) with clear layer separation (DAL, BLL, UI).
2. Database schema capable of true multi-tenancy.
3. Installation guide plus step-by-step video walkthrough.
4. Post-deployment support for initial bug fixes (30 days).

Acceptance will be based on:
– All listed modules working end-to-end for at least two demo schools on the same server.
– MFA working for every role.
– Role-specific reports matching sample data I will provide.
