Jquery AJAX upload using BlueImp library

My project requires an experienced developer to build a large (up to 1GB) file-uploading system using the jQuery AJAX library and BlueImp library. The uploader must allow users to upload both images and documents, supporting JPG, PNG, GIF, PDF, Doc, and TXT file types. File types can be added or removed. Also, here has to be easy access to restrict file size. My preferred method of file upload is for both drag and drop and browse and select multiple files options to be available, so users can easily select and upload the files they need. I have specific requirements for the file types to be uploaded, so it is essential that the system is set up correctly to cover all the necessary file types. also, before upload the user will have to select a document type from a drop down list (e.g receipt, tax return, etc...) which some maybe required or not. There will be 2 upload methods (Upload all with progress, or upload one with progress). the UI has to be responsive and the server side application will be .NET MVC 5. I would like a simple design with Bootstrap 4 and the only library I am willing to accept is BlueImp (only script not the UI)
