Develop Employee Performance Management System in ASP.NET MVC

I'm looking for a talented developer to develop an Employee Performance Management System in ASP.NET MVC with a SQL backend. The technology stack should be ASP.NET MVC/SQL. Although I don't have existing documents related to the project, I'm willing to provide guidance.
