Custom Xero Connector

I'm in need of an expert who can revive an existing project (Xero Connector).

Xero Connector - Acts as a stand alone web service which:
1. Allow customers to auth with Xero and create a connection within the XeroConnector Database.
2. XeroConnector can then process API calls, performing various tasks e.g. create invoice / create contact from our other services.

Current API End-Points
• CreateContact
• CreateInvoice


Solution Info:
MVC / Visual Studio
The project is al already a working solution, and can process api calls however the setup and front end needs some work.

Phase 1:
1. Streamline the create connection process allowing any visitor to create a connection if desired.
Home / Create Connection / Xero Auth and redirects / Create Connection.
2. Add a swagger page to the /api section of the project (Bearer token Auth, Authentication Tokens are saved in the database AuthorizationTokens)

Phase 2:
Add additional api end-points to be discussed after phase 2.


Notes:
I'm open to advice on simplifications and ideas, the goal of this project is simply to have a dedicated web service to:
1. Allow our customers to create connections.
2. Enable our services to easily make basic bearer token authenticated requests against a connection on all end-points.
3. I've set this as a pay-by-hour as there will be additional request and scoping during the project.


Ideal candidates for this project will have:
- Proven experience in developing OAuth2 connectors
- Familiar with MVC.
