Configure Cloud Web Services. Possible on-going management.

I'm a sole web developer for my online business. Application currently deployed as asp.net web app on Azure. Written in VB.Net MVC. I no longer require Azure service and wish to downgrade to a more economical service. I have already obtained a virtual data centre subscription for cloud hosting with my preferred provider but I need assistance in configuring a new Windows 2019 virtual cloud web server. FYI my website is www.puntondogs.com.au. I have very limited server experience so possible need on-gong help with server management, particularly around firewalls and security etc.
