I want 2 products the Web Apllication and Mobile Application
Customer
Can sign up and sign in to their account
Browse products all and by catergory and can filter products as well
Add to cart and share billing details and address
Choose a pay ment method
System to calculate delivery and other ffees as set in the system
Can track their order after payment
Same features on mobile app

Admin portal, to
Onboard and manage sellers approve or reject seller sign up
Dashboard to monitor website and mobile access
Check sales
Check product in high demand
View active deliveries
Re assign deliveries when need arises

Sellers portal
To manage their products add or remove or put a promo
Accept order and confirm when ready for delivery

Riders can access the app on their smartphone and can get in app notifications when there is an order pending pick up and they can accept chose option to forward to other rider
If rider delays by 10 mins to accept order system must choose another rider
Rider can set destination to pickup or deliver on the app and get the offline directions as well as realtime following a map on the app


Overally the system can notify the seller on email of an order as well
