ASP.NET MVC Program for controlling processes

I have ASP.NET MVC (VB.NET) project which has to be upgraded with 10 sets of forms (CRUD): 3 simpler one (one or two TextBoxes), 7 forms with minimum 7 TextBoxes to 30 TextBoxes (20 aprox) and about 4 settings form (search, mail settings, file upload,…). No special calculation, few DropDowns. Speciality is that everything must be done with modal forms and partialview.
Documentation with detail description of forms (labels, TextBoxes, DropDowns, Buttons,… rules) and SQL database (table names, field names) follows afterwards.
The selected freelancer will receive existing SLN (some ideas how modals should be solved, model already exists,…), SQL database script with anonymised data for testing and documentation with detail description of forms (labels, TextBoxes, DropDowns, Buttons,… rules) and database description (table names, field names).
