ASP.NET MVC Database Migration & Security

I need an experienced ASP.NET MVC C# developer to migrate our database from MariaDB to MS SQL. The current site generates QR code links for printing and is basic in functionality.

Requirements:
- Migrate database to MS SQL
- Implement OAuth for user authentication and authorization
- Optimize performance and enhance security

Milestone: Provide an Excel file with all QR codes and their links from the database.

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Strong expertise in ASP.NET MVC and C#
- Experience with MariaDB and MS SQL
- Knowledge of OAuth and security best practices
- Ability to deliver within 1-3 days
