ASP.NET HIMS with Inventory Module

I need a Health Information Management System built in ASP.NET with a SQL-Server backend. The heart of the project is a solid Inventory Management module that lets me keep real-time control over stock levels, batches and expiry dates, while making it effortless to raise and receive purchase orders and view supplier history.

Alongside that core module I still want the standard patient-side workflow covered: new patients must be able to register themselves or be registered by staff; appointments should be scheduled, rescheduled or cancelled with automated conflict checks; and clinicians need quick, secure access to electronic medical records at the point of care.

Clean, commented source code, a database script, and a short deployment guide are all I require for hand-over. If you have ready-made components that fit these requirements, or you prefer to code from scratch using best practices in ASP.NET MVC/Web API and Entity Framework, I’m open to whichever route gets us a stable, maintainable solution fastest.
