enable me to upgrade

Something about my profile won't permit me to upgrade. I've created a separate profile which could upgrade but after my 30 day trial period I can't access it. Asana help desk has been a slow waste of time. I'm reasonably computer savvy, long time denizen of the web, but I've created my asana profile in some non-standard, problematic category that I don't know how to identify or rectify. I'll pay some reasonable fee for help to dig out of this. Thank you.
