Online Summit Project Manager Needed
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I'm looking for a project manager who has experience working with online summits. This is a comprehensive role that will involve tracking and managing the status of various summit elements, stored and tracked primarily in Asana and Google Docs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor the status of all the moving parts of the project
- Track the progress of summit speaker videos
- Track progress of summit design assets and copy assets (making sure they are created on time, and stored in the correct locations with the correct names)
- Making sure assets are available for the team by the deadlines
- Working closely with the operations manager and COO to provide updates on the status of projects.
- Helping to build/monitor the automations (in Keap Max Classic) needed to power the summit. This will be in collaboration with the team, but a working knowledge of Keap Max Classic is preferred.
- Maintaining a flexible attitude as the project progresses--there will be updates to the project plan as we proceed.
Your responsibilities will be to ensure that the schedule is maintained and that every element is coordinated. You'll need to be proactive in identifying and addressing any potential bottlenecks or issues that may arise and communicating clearly with other team members.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Prior experience with online summits
- Proven project management skills
- Proficiency in Asana and Google Docs
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and proactively
