Integrating Asana w/ Hubspot, Outlook and setup for Hubspot

HUBSPOT PROJECT DUE 10/31
Asana
1. We are using Asana for project management for my clients and my personal.
2. Is it wise to connect Asana and Outlook so emails can be transferred to Asana and I have a track record of communication
3. I can see the use for Asana and HubSpot to be connected: From HubSpot CRM – the data transfers to Asana for client tracking. What other purpose?
Outlook (Main program for my calendar & e-mail)
1. Integrate Outlook and HubSpot (for emails) is this wise?
2. Figure out why we would connect outlook and Asana and see if it’s necessary.
3. The contacts list in Outlook is not great, so don’t export/import.
Hubspot
1. We will use HubSpot for my CRM, Sales Process Tracking, E-mail Campaigns, Free download) –
2. To me, it makes sense to connect HubSpot and Asana.
3. Does Outlook have to be connected, too?
4. I’ll work on getting you a clean list.
5. I’ll need you to pull stuff from Zoho like the email campaign templates and set them up in HubSpot – there are less than 10
6. We also have to figure out where to move my online course, too.
7. And I don’t think there is that great of a list of customers, but I’ll look and let you know. I’m sure it’s a start.

ii. Zoho
iii. Outlook
iv. Hard drive
v. Old files
