Bilingual Indonesian Operations Manager
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I need a hands-on Operations Manager who is fully fluent in Indonesian and comfortable communicating in English. Your primary focus will be to keep our day-to-day processes running smoothly while guiding a small, distributed team toward clear weekly targets. A high-school diploma is all that’s formally required; what matters most is the real managerial experience you’ve already accumulated and can put to work from day one.
You will own the usual leadership essentials—planning workloads, coaching staff, resolving on-the-ground issues, and reporting results—while acting as the linguistic bridge between our Indonesian-speaking team members and our English-speaking stakeholders. Familiarity with basic office tools (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365) is assumed; any prior exposure to simple project-tracking platforms like Trello, Asana, or Monday.com will help you settle in faster.
Deliverables I expect:
• A concise weekly operations report (KPIs, challenges, next steps)
• A clear task board that shows team assignments in real time
• A short end-of-month summary highlighting wins and improvement areas
If you thrive on keeping people aligned, love switching between Indonesian and English effortlessly, and have the confidence that comes from genuine managerial practice, let’s talk.
