Asana overhaul -- 2

I have a VA who I organise tasks for in Asana. Need a bit of an overhaul as she’s struggling to stay focused on tasks and prioritisation, and I don’t have the time to go in and overhaul it myself for better productivity accountability. Focus on time/productivity tracking so she doesn’t have to write a brief of what she’s completed in a day, tidying/streamlining things up for max productivity and prioritisation. Will probably need to liaise with myself and my VA. My field is wedding photography/general photography and also use studio ninja. Also need a tailwind organised in Asana to keep them on track with publishing for Insta/Pinterest/fb
