Asana expert needed, (initial project management setup help)

I have set up the start of our PM on asana and am needing more personalized help that seems pretty complex with task dependencies and duplications of templates. I need to figure out how to set up task and subtask dependencies and automatic due dates and templates with all of this so we can just duplicate a whole project (section) kind of like a template and have all that info (tasks, subtasks, dependencies, date durations) already copied over since all the projects will follow the same tasks and time durations. Asana's help desk isn't very helpful so I need someone whose an expert in these specific things that can help us this week to complete. I'm happy to share a couple screenshots of what we're looking at currently and what the detailed questions are we need answered.
