Asana Task Flow & Dashboard Setup

We are shifting our project management to Asana from manual operating procedures, and need an expert in asana to setup our account and infuse our projects in to asana as a clear, repeatable system. The core of the job is a project-management task flow that captures everything like, timeline tracking, resource allocation, and milestone setup from start to finish. That flow must feed live dashboards—that lets me see overall project progress at a glance and another that highlights individual and team performance in real time.

To make this work day-to-day we’ll need:
• A reusable project template with custom fields, sections, dependencies, and rules that automatically adjust assignees and dates.
• Milestone markers that roll up into a master timeline view so I can spot delays instantly.
• Resource-allocation logic showing workload by person and skill set, surfaced in the team-performance dashboard.
• Progress-tracking dashboards displaying percent complete, overdue items, and upcoming deadlines across multiple projects, for the full management hierarchy.

Everything should be native to Asana—, projects, dashboards, Portfolios, Advanced Search, Reporting, and goals if , to make it super easy for the team.

*Terms :

1.Our Budget is 10K per project (we have around 60 task and 60 subtasks on an average for the project) and we have around 5 projects and more upcoming.
2.While you work on the project will be in continuous monitoring and learning parallelly to handle any changes in future ourself.
