Project Title: Build a Performance Review Template and Workflow in Asana
Project Description:
We are seeking an Asana expert to create a streamlined performance review template and workflow directly within our existing Asana workspace. The goal is to enable our team to evaluate employees individually without leaving the platform.The template must include:
- Goal statements with corresponding measurements or deliverables with each scored on a 5-point rating scale.
- Possibly link to each employee's projects, each scored on a 5-point rating scale, with space for qualitative feedback from the manager.
- 15 competencies, each scored on a 5-point rating scale, with space for qualitative feedback from both the employee and manager.
- Calaculate overall performance rating based on weighted average
- A forward-looking goal-setting section for the next year.
Key requirements:
- The structure should focus on individual evaluations rather than team-wide scorecards.
- Integrate seamlessly into our current Asana projects using custom fields, forms, and native reporting dashboards (no third-party plugins unless they add significant value and are easy to implement).
- Simplify scoring by embedding ratings for competencies only (removing the need for scoring 50+ sub-factors).
Deliverables:
1. A reusable Asana template (or set of templates) with all evaluation components ready for use.
2. Step-by-step instructions or a Loom video/written guide on how to duplicate, launch, and archive each review cycle.
3. A brief hand-off session or Q&A document explaining how the integration works with our current tasks/projects.
We’ve attached last year’s system as a reference but would like to simplify it by focusing on scoring 15 competencies instead of over 50 items.
