IBM AS400 iSeries Installation

I'm looking for an experienced freelancer to install an IBM AS400 iSeries system. The software version is 7.1. The purpose of the installation is for a new system installation. BR1-PT1-QU2-WDS-ST1-M&S-QU1-JS1, XW1-HAS - I need someone who is knowledgeable about IBM AS400 iSeries systems and has experience in completing such projects.
