Teach Me Handmade Crafts
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I’ve decided to nurture my artistic side and commit to learning handmade crafts from the ground up. Arts and hobbies are my focus, and I’ve narrowed it down to the “kerajinan tangan” area, but I’m still open on the exact medium—knitting, embroidery, jewelry making, ceramics, or another hands-on technique you believe fits a beginner’s path.
What I need is a patient instructor who can:
• Design a clear, step-by-step lesson plan that moves from basic concepts and tool familiarisation to finishing a first complete piece.
• Provide a concise list of materials and tools before we begin so I can purchase everything in one go.
• Deliver lessons live via Zoom, Google Meet, or another video platform, with the option to review recordings afterward.
• Review progress between sessions (photo or video feedback is fine) and suggest adjustments so my technique improves steadily.
By the end of the course I want to hold a finished handmade item in my hands and feel comfortable continuing the craft on my own. If you have a portfolio of previous student projects—or examples of your own work—please share them with your proposal along with a suggested lesson timeline. I’m excited to start creating!
