Prison sketch

I am looking for an artist who can create a cartoonish prison sketch with a modern setting, to be produced as a large format poster (around A2 size). The sketch should have a modern setting, one poster divided in two. one side showing men sitting in a circle with green shirt and shorts or pants discussing about “alcohol and drug abuse” (a board should highlight as “alcohol and drug rehabilitation) On 2nd side show the police officers sitting on chair and table in uniform with white shirt and blue pants also showing starts badge and name badges etc. The board should highlight as “Staff Training” The end product should be of a high quality.
