3D Graffiti

Hi, we would like to engage a graffiti artist to create a backdrop for our event in London. We are an ice cream brand. We want to have a backdrop with some ice cream graffiti that seems popped-up as a 3D image. We only have about 2-3 weeks to work on the project.
