Event Driver & Studio Assistant Needed

Job ID: 40363071

Budget: $30 – $250 USD

Most weekends I load up my collection of wearable art and head to local markets, and I need a reliable extra pair of hands from the moment the show leaves the studio until everything is packed away again. You’ll drive me to and from each venue, help unload, assemble and style the booth, and stay on-site to keep displays tidy, answer customer questions and generally create a welcoming atmosphere.

When a fashion show pops up on the calendar, I count on the same support: setting the booth, organising runway looks backstage so models are dressed in the right sequence, and chatting with guests who wander over between segments.

Back at the studio your help shifts to the creative and practical: priming canvases or cutting fabric for new pieces, logging finished work into the inventory spreadsheet, and making sure the workspace stays organised and clean so we can think clearly and move quickly.

A normal day might involve driving a short haul, then switching gears to photograph a newly completed jacket on the mannequin. Flexibility and a steady energy level are key.

If you have a clean driving record, enjoy hands-on creative environments and can commit to most Saturday and Sunday events, I’m ready to collaborate.
