Drawing of 3 African-American girls ages between 12 and 13

I have a project that I am looking to have completed by a professional artist. The project is to draw three African-American girls between the ages of 12 and 13.Each girl has long braided hair which is most important. The hair comes down at least to just below shoulders to mid back. All about the same height, medium brown skin complexion.

All 3 with smiles, solid colored background which highlights the girls and the colors they have wearing, no specifics there. 2 wearing long pants, tights, 1 shorts. Outfits are modern, suitable for girls their age. Positions: 1 can have arms folded, arms around each other, hug, holding something, etc.

I am looking for a cartoon/illustration style drawing and I have specific details for each of the girls that I would like to be included. The drawing should be completed in color.
