I want to create a booking system for my earthmoving hire equipment this will include sending hire agreements digitaly for ccustomers to sign and automatically update the booking in google sheets and capturing payment details

I am looking for a freelancer to create a system for my heavy earth moving hire equipment company

The main functionalities of the system will include

Assist with creating and integrating a form on our website

Creating a system that automatically checks our google sheets using AI
Checking that a machine is available and then tells the customer that it is available.

Calculates a transport cost for the customer if the equipment is being delivered based on distance of travel.

Allows that customer to book the machine by collecting details from the customer (form )
Sending a Hire agreement contract to the customer for them to sign on there phone or computer

Updating the booking in Google Sheet to show our company that the machine is to be hired out

A system that ensures photos are taken of the machine prior to delivery or pickup to collect photos of damage.

Design and Layout:
- I would like a simple and clean design for the booking system.
Easy customer interface on the website
Integration with our google sheets to check availability of machinery
Ability for customer payment details to be collected and stored securely


Features and Functions:
- I have specific features in mind for the booking system.

Payment System Integration:
- I prefer to integrate a credit card payment system.

Required Skills and Experience:
- Experience in developing booking systems into websites
- Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Knowledge of API integrations for Google Sheets and payment gateways
- Understanding of python interface with google sheets and Open AI
- Attention to detail and ability to create a user-friendly interface
