training a machien learning model that predects the result of injecting fillers in certain areas in the face by using the data i have of before and after pictures

I'm looking for an experienced freelancer who can help me train a machine learning model to accurately predict the result of facial filler injections using labeled data. I have already acquired labeled data for before and after pictures so this component is taken care of. Although I do not have a particularly preferred machine learning framework, I do believe accuracy should be the primary metric applied when gauging the successfulness of the model predictions. I intend to use the model in applications that uses photos taken by users to predict the outcome of filler injection taking into consideration certain variables they will need to answer that will affect the result. running on ios and andriod devices after completing it.
