AI (or similar system) analysis of scenes within a youtube movie
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a software to analyze a movie, i.e. a youtube URL.
The software must be able to "understand" via AI or similar method, the change of scene.
The software will accept as input the youtube URL, and must output a folder with subfolders.
Each subfolder is numbered from 1 to ... and the subfolder contains a scene movie, the starting frame, the ending frame, a text file with minute:seconds of the start of the scene and minute:seconds of the end of the scene.
As plus, each subfolder will contain a further text file containing the AI description of the scene (can also be description of starting frame and ending frame).
As further plus the subfolder will contain a further text file containing the voice transcript of that scene.
