setup https://github.com/Stability-AI/generative-models on a vps

1. I want to have https://github.com/Stability-AI/generative-models installed and fully operational on a vps or cloud computing service. with a fully functional web ui: perhaps this one: https://github.com/AUTOMATIC1111/stable-diffusion-webui (you may also recommend other if better)
Please recommend the lowest cost vps/cloud etc as part of the project.
