AI project (requeriments)

Hello, I have an idea about creating an artificial intelligence that generates legal briefs for a very specific field of law. It would be fed with model pleadings that it would load and learn from judgements and decisions of offices and courts. at this stage it is about:
1.- generate a document (visual outline) of what I would need to take this project forward and what requirements I should ask the developers for.
2.- if possible, make a very simple mockup (this is not essential now and can be budgeted separately).
