AI-powered UGC video generation

Hello!

We are developing a SaaS application that automates the creation of content for social media (images, videos, etc.). Now we want to take it a step further: automate the generation of UGC-type videos (vertical format, person speaking to the camera) so that our users can create ads and organic content without having to record themselves.

The idea we have in mind is:
- Generate the video script with OpenAI.
- Create the voice with Eleven Labs.
- Convert it to video with Heygen.
- Add captions with Zapcap.

The problem is that Heygen's API only offers us very formal and corporate avatars, when what we need are videos with a UGC style: vertical format, person talking to the camera, more natural and casual look, as if they were recorded with a cell phone.

What we need from you is not development (we'll do that ourselves in PHP), but help in designing the most convenient workflow, because our idea may not be the best:

- What tools to use.
- How to combine them efficiently.
- What alternatives exist to achieve more authentic results.
- What limitations we should take into account at the technical or scalability level.

We are looking for someone who has already worked with this type of technology and can propose the best strategy for automating the generation of UGC videos with AI.
