I am looking to develop a program that can transcribe conversations between doctors and patients and extract relevant information that can be inputted into an EMR system. I would like to use a speech recognition library, such as Google Cloud Speech-to-Text or Microsoft Azure Speech Services, to accurately transcribe spoken language to text. Then, I would like to use natural language processing (NLP) techniques, such as spaCy or NLTK, to extract patient demographics, medical history, symptoms, diagnoses, and treatment plans from the transcribed text.
