develop Intelligent Accounting AI for Tally Integration

I need a dedicated and skilled developer to build an accounting artificial intelligence (AI). The AI should have the capability to:
- Scan physical bills efficiently. It should be designed to correctly identify and interpret various bill formats.
- Accurately digitize handwritten bills, ensuring no data is lost or misrepresented in the conversion process.
- Extend its intelligence to successfully extract information from bills which are faded or partially damaged.
Once the bill information is digitized, the AI should be able to automatically create new entries within the Tally software.
Ideal candidates for this project should have a solid background in machine learning and AI development, with prior experience in OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technologies and Tally software integration.
