AI data handling tool

I work with pretty large databases of data on daily bases. It is both consumer data and company data. I would like to get in touch with someone who is experienced in creating great AI tools for data handling or can suggest an already built tool that we can use for my needs. What I would like to do is to create an AI tool (or several if needed?) that from time to time should go through my data and automatically update when necessary. A user case for the company data: I imagine the AI to check my rows of data and determine if it's "up to date" or needs to be updated and if it needs to be updated it should update those records automatically.

I have ideas of how the process itself could work but need someone experienced in using AI to discuss with how to create such tool.

Budget can be discussed based on what we will include in this first tool but I have ideas to evolve it as we go along.
