A custom GPT or AI

I need a custom AI or GPT that would write articles based on specific folders for various clients data. In other words, write articles based on my prompt and referencing a folder of other articles. I need articles for my clients but I want the GPT to be able to reference a folder of texts or google docs. I am sure it exists already somewhere since it is a common need.
