AI to correct Architectural Drawings

Hello, my name is Jacob. I need to have a machine learning ai that does something that in my eyes is simple. Attached will be some pdfs of what I need analyzed. Basically, I need an AI that can take a PDF and analyze it for any missing information, and if it doesn't know if it is missing or if it isn't supposed to be there, I need it to ask a question about the notes. I need it to then mark on the PDF with red lines what needs to be corrected. I need it to do the math on the sizes as well and make sure that it adds up and matches the elevation views. My budget for this is pretty flexible, I would like there to be a space for me to add hardware in the ai so that it can check dimensions based off of the hardware as well. If you can, I would like to know how the program is coded as well. I would like the GUI of the device to be as basic as possible to save on time and money. I would like there to be push notifications about questions or when the job has been reviewed. I would also like it to be where I can review how the AI has done with accuracy and tell it what it missed so I can continue to train it. Again just needs to be basic but needs to become very accurate and if that means I will need to spend 40 or more hours training, that will be fine, I just need something that will eventually catch my mistakes. This I would love to be done in the fastest coding language possible so that it doesn't take forever to mark up the PDF files. Attached are PDFs of my drawings that are good.
