build an AI program

We're a Retail chain of Pharmacies with our Delivery App under development. We'd like an AI program to be made in a way that could benefit the overall working of the App. lessen the human interference and probably the processes used from onboarding the customer to the products delivery.
The App is in its middle phase so we could integrate or probably make it a single unit.
