Worker attendance by fingerprint and face scanner

I need a system that uses a scanner for worker attendance. The scanner should be able to read both fingerprints and faces, to make sure employees are properly tracked. I'm open to suggestions with regards to the software that manages the data from the scanner. There will be more than 100 employees to be tracked, so the system should be designed with scalability in mind.
