Key Responsibilities:
- The Chatbot should be capable of answering FAQs, handling complaints.
- It needs to operate fluently in English, catering to our primarily English-speaking customer base.
- Chatbot should be able to handle customers in the dental niche and answer all general inquiries
- Customer will be able to book appointments through whatsapp
Ideal Skills:
- Has experience with the voiceflow platform
- Previous experience in designing AI Chatbots for customer support.
- Strong understanding of customer service protocols and procedures.
