As we frisk into the era of digital healthcare, my vision is to create an AI nurse digital twin operating in the metaverse. This virtual assistant will largely focus on dispensing medical advice to patients, making use of advanced voice chat capabilities to foster a realistic, interactive experience.

The primary task of the AI Nurse would be the dispensing of precise medical advice. This would be based on the patient's medical history and current health status. Secondary to this, the AI should be developed to excel in engaging, realistic voice chat, supporting the needs of the users effectively.

The AI nurse should utilize a human-like avatar. It would ideally give an experience as close to real-life medical consultation as possible. Thus, modelling the AI avatar to mimic a human nurse visually would be key to a successful project implementation.

The ideal freelancer should be skilled in AI, VR and Healthcare technology, have a strong background in machine learning, natural language processing, and Unity or Unreal Engine. Prior experience developing AI avatars, particularly those used in healthcare, will be especially valuable. It's also preferable if the freelancer is accustomed to working with medical professionals to ensure the accuracy and usefulness of the healthcare information provided by the AI.
