Video translate with Lip Sync (AI video edit involved)

I need a process to bulk translate videos with lip syncing (AI involved). Please note, wav2lip API seems not good enough, you may need to find better ways to do it or finetune it to the best. First task is to create a demo lip-syncing translate, if good, we need to set up the bulk process.
