We seek a highly skilled Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Artificial Intelligence to build an intelligent Automated Control Testing Tool from the ground up.
This platform will be designed to streamline and automate control testing and will provide the results pass or fail based on the AI review of the submitted evidences. The ideal candidate will have experience in developing secure, scalable applications with AI-driven features for decision-making and automation. This tool should have integration capabilities with other GRC platforms such as Archer, ServiceNow, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop a full-stack web application for risk management
Implement AI models to support:
Risk assessment
Risk calculation & classification
Automated control testing
Real-time risk scoring and prioritisation
Create interactive dashboards and intuitive UI/UX
Ensure secure data handling and compliance with best practices
Collaborate on requirements gathering and documentation
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (preferably MERN, MEAN, or Django + React/Vue)
Strong background in AI/ML (e.g., Python, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or similar)
Experience in building risk or compliance-related platforms is a plus
Familiarity with risk frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT) is a bonus
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
