Speech to Text

Hi,
We have multiple call recordings of 10-12 minutes per file in various formats. We are looking for a solution that can convert these audio files to text with very good accuracy (Speech to text).
We are aware of Google etc APIs and are not looking for a solution where we have to pay for each file. I have seen a lot of codes on github as well as developers hosting their own speech to text, so kindly show me the best solution you can, and we will be happy to award you the project.
