Software programmer

I am looking for a software programmer who is proficient in Artificial Intelligence to develop a software for data analysis. The main purpose of the software is:
Data Collection and Identification Management:
- Capability to aggregate information from diverse external sources.
- Ensures unique identification for each collected data file, maintaining a consistent identifier throughout the process.
API Integration:
- Ability to seamlessly interface with various APIs for data import and export.
AI-Driven Data Analysis:
- Integration with an Artificial Intelligence system designed to analyze incoming data.
- Efficient retrieval of AI-processed data, linked to the original data files via consistent identification markers.
Data Storage and Segregation:
- Allocation of AI-analyzed data into a separate storage segment for further processing.
Statistical Analysis and Reporting:
- Provision of statistical analysis on the aggregated data in the new segment.
- Implementation of a system to dispatch each analyzed file back to its corresponding identifier-specific folder, where it joins pre-existing historical data.
Historical Data Trend Analysis:
- Feature to assess and report on historical trends and changes within each identifier-specific data segment over time.

Skills and Experience:
- Experience with Artificial Intelligence
- Proficiency in Python programming language
- Strong knowledge and experience in data analysis techniques and tools
- Familiarity with data visualization libraries such as Matplotlib or Plotly
- Ability to handle and process large datasets efficiently
- Familiar with AI Apis and able to compute a Roadmap
- Experience in working on data analysis projects and delivering accurate results

The project does not have a specific deadline, allowing for flexibility in the development process. However, timely completion of the project is expected.
