Software for estate agents

I am looking for a software solution that can be used by estate agents for property management. This solution should be a mobile application and operate on a user-friendly platform. I am open to suggestions for programming languages that are appropriate for the development of a mobile application or web-based whatever is most attainable fastest. The features of the software should encompass property management, customer relationship management (CRM), and marketing tools. With a big emphasis on the applications of AI within this software as the applications of AI in this context will be a main selling point / interactive feature of the software. We don’t need all the desired features instantly , just enough to develop a solid prototype/ MVP.
