Seperating Out Translation in an audio file.
Budget: $1,500 – $3,000 CAD
I would like to hire a programmer to create an application that can automatically distinguish and separate 2 speakers within an audio file. We currently have sermons that are in 2 languages alternating between the main speaker and the translator.
What I'm looking for is a programme capable of cutting and trimming the file based on speaker. Ideally, we would upload the original file into a program. The program would then parse the file and output 2 files each with their own language.
Original files are currently in mp4 / youtube format. However, if it is easier as audio only, output format as an mp3 file is acceptable as well. You can find samples under https://www.youtube.com/@TrueJesusChurchVancouver
It is important that you have a deep understanding of audio processing and programming. Prior experience in creating similar applications would be a great advantage.
