Title: Senior Python/AI Engineer (OpenAI + JSON/Pydantic) to productionise HR Apps (Streamlit)

Overview:

PowerDash HR is launching a suite of AI HR Apps (JD/adverts/interview guides/policies). We need a specialist to make outputs consistent, structured, and premium. The current code works but the AI/JSON layer is brittle. Your mission: refactor prompts + validation + parsing so every output is clean, repeatable, and export-ready (DOCX/PDF).

Core must-haves:
Python 3.11+; Streamlit
OpenAI structured prompting; JSON-first responses
Pydantic schemas + robust validation/repair
Error handling, retries, fallbacks, logging
Clean architecture & modularisation for white-labelling (branding swap in minutes)
Deliverables (1–2 weeks max scope):
Unified AI service with JSON-only responses (no free text)
Pydantic models per artifact (JD, Advert, Interview Guide, Policy)
Deterministic formatting + docx/pdf exports (no broken bullets/spacing)
Config-driven branding (logos, colours, house style)
Test suite + sample inputs/outputs + README
Light refactor for maintainability (no rewrites)
Budget: £400 fixed (bonus for ahead-of-schedule + polish).
